Updated May 11, 2026: 

All participants who were registered for the March 2026 event may take part on the new date, Saturday, August 29, 2026, at no additional cost.
New entries are now being accepted as follows:

• 3-5 members per team: Five (5) laps of approx. 5 km (3.1 miles). (For 3~4 member teams, participants may run multiple laps to have a total of 5 laps).
• Limited to first 200 teams (max 1,000 runners).
• Must be 7 years of age or older on the day of the event (those under 18 years of age must have parental consent).
• Only the name & contact information of the representative, and team name are required for application (no need to report the names of all participants).

Participants will receive: 

1. Race bibs
2. Sash w/ timing chip (one per Ekiden team)
3. Commemorative T-shirts
4. Finisher Medals
5. Post race treats
