Announcement of New Event Date Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN 2026

Thank you very much for your understanding and support regarding the postponement of the Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN 2026, originally scheduled for March 15, 2026, due to weather conditions.
We are pleased to announce that the new event date has been confirmed as follows:

■Event Name    : 10th Anniversary Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN 2026
■Location    : Honolulu, Hawaii
■Organizer    : JTB Hawaii Travel, LLC
■New Date    : Saturday, August 29, starting at 8:00AM

The new date was selected after taking into account the time required for road use permits and the regular use of Kapiolani Park by local sports groups and the community. We worked closely with all relevant parties to ensure a smooth event with minimal disruption.

■Participation
All participants who were registered for the March 2026 event may take part on the new date at no additional cost.
If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, a full refund of the entry fee will be provided. Please contact the Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN Organizing Committee to request a refund.

■New Registration
Information regarding new registrations will be announced on the official website once preparations are complete.

The rescheduled 10th Anniversary Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN will take place during Hawaii’s refreshing summer season, offering a comfortable and enjoyable running experience. Summer in Hawaii typically brings stable weather and many sunny days, providing ideal conditions for a fun run event.
